Boreas is a greenfield data-centre development positioned for AI and hyperscale compute, located in a cold-climate EU/eurozone/NATO jurisdiction.

The site brings together the combination that defines a buildable data-centre location today: transmission-grade power infrastructure on the boundary, trunk fibre connectivity, an on-site natural water source for cooling, and district-heating potential for waste-heat recovery — the Nordic model, where recovered heat becomes revenue.
